Deep Creek Trails and Beauty
Drive all the way up deep creek and park just before the bridge. Hike up to the left into an endless forest adventure. This trail is serene and so wonderful, you walk up through cliffs and rich green trees with natural springs and plenty of wildlife.
Leave fresh air, crisp mountain winds, the sweet smell of fir trees,
a subtle aroma of rich green areas, supplies of a different critter around every corner.
The last time I hiked up his trail. He started just after daylight, Turkey a few hours to get up over the other side to win streak. You can see the back of Krinklehorn Peak,
it is very beautiful. The rock cliffs on the way up a very unique and strong, they are kind of like the rocks on the cliffs when you walk up through Therriault Pass, but they are unique, as the tree line disappears into rock cliffs with a little bit of rock slide in between, it is very beautiful and reminds us how beautiful Northwest Montana really is.
There are many creeks, little bitty creeks as you cross the footbridges and make your way up to the mountains. And there is a lake on the back side of Krinklehorn, just below the bottom of the mountain. It is a beautiful place to camp. Keeping in mind that you must put your food up at night in the trees in an appropriate Bears safety fashion.
